Open daily for lunch, The Rooftop is Laguna Beach’s premier spot to enjoy fresh, California fare, sip a cold beer, and gaze out onto the majestic horizon.

Reservation Policy

We encourage all guest hotel and outside to make reservations through Resy.com. The Rooftop bar seating is available on a first come first serve basis. For Reservations larger than groups of 6 we kindly ask you email mmccann@lacasadelcamino.com and all inquiries will be directed to The rooftop for confirmation. Due to COVID-19, we are only accepting emotional support and service animals.

Meet

Chef Craig Connole

Born and raised in Newport Beach, California, Chef Craig Connole grew up cooking at home with his family before beginning his professional career at age 15. At 19, he sharpened his skill set by training at prestigious hotels like Le Meridian and Four Seasons. Later, he gained expertise at top-notch restaurants and private clubs, eventually moving on to obtain multiple awards during his time at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Kapalua, Maui. Now in Laguna Beach, he has established himself as a reputable chef with many creative concepts in the Southern California area. For the past 14 years, the historic hotel La Casa del Camino has been lucky enough to enjoy the innovative recipes that Chef Craig has to offer.
