We do not have a business center on site, but our front desk team would be happy to print out documents as needed. Print jobs larger than 10 pages will cost $0.10 per page.

The city of Laguna Beach provides a complimentary trolley on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during off-peak seasons within Laguna Beach’s city borders. The complimentary trolley is made available 7 days per week during the summer season. For detailed information, contact the Visit Laguna Beach office at (949) 497-9229. We are also steps away from paid Orange County Transportation Authority bus stops and Lyft/Uber pickup stations.
Yes, one parking spot is available for each guest room reserved. Our parking lot is located on 269 Cress Street. It is across the street from our hotel on the east side of South Coast Highway.
(2) 3-minute loading zone spaces are available for parking your vehicle during check-in. Our front desk team will provide a permit for your vehicle and direct you to our parking lot.
Yes, each room is equipped with a digitally coded in-room safe for our guests’ convenience.
Yes, our front desk team would be happy to store your luggage at the front desk on your day of arrival if your room is not ready prior to check-in time.
Yes, our front desk team will store your luggage complimentarily on your day of check out. Luggage must be picked up the same day of departure and may not be stored overnight.
We are usually a pet friendly hotel; however, during the current pandemic, the only pets La Casa will be welcoming are approved service dogs. We may opt to charge a cleaning fee or deposit depending on the size of the service pet or for any necessary clean-up. We hope to be able to welcome all pets soon.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age on their day of arrival to check in. A photo ID and credit card matching the hotel reservation name must be present to check in.
Our team will gladly notate requests for views. Our hotel has an array of views based on room placement in the hotel, so we are not able to guarantee a particular prior to your day of arrival.
Early check-in is subject to availability and depends on the hotel’s occupancy on the previous night of your stay. We ask that you call the hotel on your day of arrival for an accurate idea of a possibility for early check-in.
Complimentary late checkout is subject to availability depending on the hotel’s occupancy and may be granted on your day of departure. Fees may apply.
Direct bookings may be modified or cancelled at least 48 hours prior to check-in time on your arrival date. Third party reservations may be modified or cancelled at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Changes to reservations within these periods will result in a penalty of the first night’s room rate and applicable taxes.
Our daily incidental hold is $50 per night. Guests may provide a debit or credit card for this hold.
Additional spaces in our parking lot are subject to availability depending on our hotel’s occupancy. Should additional parking be available, permits may be purchased at the front desk for $10 per vehicle per night.
Guaranteed check-in time is after 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Checkout time is prior to 11:30 AM Pacific Standard Time.
Our hotel is less than 100 steps away from Cress Street Beach. We are walking distance from some of Laguna’s best beaches as well.
We do not have a pool on site. Lap swimming is available at the Laguna Beach Community Pool one mile north of the hotel.
You’ll always get the best deal by booking directly! Our best deals can be found in our ‘Secret Deals’ section of our website. If you find a lower price on someone else’s website, let us know so that we can match it.
Yes, the hotel is ADA accessible. A wheelchair lift is available in our lobby, and all floors of the hotel can be reached via our elevator. Some of our Spanish King and Casa Surf rooms are ADA accessible, so we urge guests to inform us of their need for an accessible room at the time of booking.
Each guest room in the hotel has a maximum occupancy of (2) guests. However, our beach cottage, La Casita, can sleep up to (7) guests.
The Rooftop Lounge is open daily for appetizers, lunch, and cocktails. K’ya Bistro is under renovation and is not currently open.
No, we do not have a shuttle service in the hotel. We do, however, have several transportation services we would be happy to recommend.
A front desk associate will be present 24 hours per day. If you plan to arrive after 2 AM Pacific Standard Time, we kindly ask you to let one of our team members know so that your reservation is not marked as a no show.
Our hotel is less than half of a mile from some of Laguna Beach’s most popular parks, shops and restaurants. We are exactly 0.8 miles south of Main Beach Park, which is in the heart of downtown Laguna.
Yes, our hotel guests may receive a complimentary reservation at a 4-top table at The Rooftop Lounge. Reservations may be made two weeks prior to arrival or closer to arrival date.
